Saturday, November 14: Michelle Moog-Koussa will present "The Moog Legacy: The Impact of My Father’s Inventions." Location: Asheville Music and Art.
Friday, January 22 (Snow date, January 29): Polly Feitzinger, Pianist, Teacher, and Music History Scholar, will share her special interest in Mozart Biographers, pointing out the inconsistencies in interpreting Mozart's character: "Will the REAL Mozart Please Stand Up!" Tentative Location: New Hope Presbyterian Church.
Saturday, March 13 (Snow date, March 20): Dr. Anna Hayward: Concert performer, clinician, and former professor of piano pedagogy, will explore "The Art of Listening" with demonstrations that pertain to performers, teachers, and students. Tentative Location: New Hope Presbyterian Church.
Saturday, May 22: Dr. Dan Weiser, Pianist with a doctorate from the Peabody Conservatory and former faculty member at Dartmouth will explore "Chopin and Schumann: The Birth of the Romantic Spirit." Tentative Location: New Hope Presbyterian Church.

Annual Spring Benefit Concert – – Sunday, April 18, 3:00 pm at the Asheville North Seventh Day Adventist Church. A full length piano recital featuring AAPF's finest performers in solo and piano ensemble music.
Practice for Pets – Annual fund-raising event to encourage student practice hours and raise money for local animal welfare groups. Held during the "Heart" month of February.

Asheville Piano Competition and Winners' Recital – Tentatively scheduled for April 30 – May 2. Open to students up through high school. Written evaluations are made by highly qualified judges.
